Returns and refunds

An unused item in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Tell us within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on used feeding or nursing items.

Delivery

Delivery fees depend on your address and are calculated at checkout, so you see the exact amount before you pay. You can also collect your order free of charge from our store in Idumota, Lagos.

Orders are processed within 3 working days. Once your order is processed we send your delivery details and an estimated arrival time by email.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and check the returned item. Delivery fees are refunded when the return is because of a fault on our side.
