Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Wherever you are in Nigeria, we can send your order to you.
You can also collect your order yourself from our store in Idumota, Lagos. Collection is free.
What delivery costs
The delivery fee depends on your address, so there is no single price for everyone. We work it out at checkout once you enter where the order is going.
You see the exact amount on screen before you pay. Nothing is added after that.
If you choose to collect from the store instead, there is no delivery fee at all.
Delivery is free on Lagos orders over ₦150,000. You will see the fee drop to zero at checkout once your order reaches that amount.
How long it takes
We process orders within 3 working days. That is the time it takes us to check your order and hand it to the courier, before the journey to you begins.
Once your order is processed we email you the delivery details and an estimated arrival time, so you know when to expect the rider.
Please use a phone number you actually answer. The courier calls before delivery.
Collecting from the store
Wait for the email that says your order is ready, then come to 43 Oroyinyin Street, Idumota, Lagos Island. Bring your order number.
If something is wrong
Tell us within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, and we will resolve it.
